This was one of the greatest shows of my life.
I’ve never felt more fulfilled, more satisfied, more joyful—or more connected to God—than I did that night.
The lights, the visuals, the branding of Peggy Gou... out of this world.
Here’s what I noticed: when you place yourself in a high-vibe situation, irrelevant problems reveal themselves—and then disappear. It's easy to brush them off after a show like that.
And I'm just... proud. Proud of you. Proud of me.
Proud of showing up every single day.
For putting ourselves in a position to succeed.
Because the trials and tribulations only have meaning after we go through them and win—not the other way around.
This spring, my intuition, my love, and my ability to teach have come online at full speed. There’s something powerful about this season—my birthday and beyond.
Don’t let the energy suck you in. Let it radiate. Send it back in a symbiotic flame.
But man, where do we start with writing today?
Back to the main teaching course. The hard yet satisfying? Yet fulfilling?
I think we gotta talk about my evolution of the morning routine—where it has brought me today.
What a morning routine does to me. What it looks like without it. How can anyone really get a morning routine of their own?
You really don’t need all those crazy biohacks.
Matter of fact, I’m tired of the people making it seem like you need all of that to get a good kickstart to your morning.
Now, do I wish I had a $100K red light bed in my biohacker basement, while strapped up to an infrared hydrogen-ozone colonic up my butt? While reading a newspaper?
Everything besides the newspaper is appealing to me—but nonetheless, unnecessary to feel good in the morning.
I believe there are a few crucial pillars to a routine: one involves the body, one involves the mind, and one involves the spirit. After that, you’re good to go—ready to steam ahead through life and crush the day.
How you set your tone is established within the first 10 minutes of your day.
Which sucks, because that’s when most of the anxiety and bad thoughts come ripping in—like my brain saying, “Ah, sleep was nice... NOW WE’RE AWAKE, OH SHIT, ALARM’S ON, LET’S GET READY, PREPARE TO FIGHT!”
Sometimes I’m like—damn.
But the morning routine ensures that when I step out of the house every day, I’m walking out with a positive mindset. One I can carry into the day and actually share with others.
And I guarantee you—this compounding effect, done every day for the past five years, has led me on the journey of becoming my best self. It hasn’t made me perfect, but it’s put me in the right direction—and that’s all that matters.
Because this journey isn’t short.
It’s long, windy, cold, hot, and sometimes really beautiful.
But as long as you’re aiming in the right direction—and you’re constantly flying there with your choices, actions, thoughts, behaviors, and feelings... good karma, being nice to others, and taking action—you’ll get there.
Every day.
You are the pilot. You are the captain of your ship. Not your parents. Not your friends.
You.
Set the tone in the morning. Then you cultivate, grow, and ferment the good vibes until they blast through the roof.
That’s exactly what I experienced this past weekend.
All these years of morning routines—of constantly learning, constantly evolving, sharing, helping others, and being the best version of myself so I can show up for people—led me to this moment:
A guy at the rave looked me in the eyes and said,
“Jack, can you be my life coach?”
Tears almost filled my eyes.
Never in my life did I think that would happen. But I believe you attract the vibes you put out. You manifest the vibes.
And my morning routine helped me attract those good vibes.
Now I can say, with full confidence, I have a friend for life.
Man… but yeah. That’s the life. That’s the vibe.
So how do you even start a morning routine?
It’s simple.
I’d start with momentum. Something small, something easy—like making your bed. Because even a tiny bit of momentum is still momentum.
And once you get it, you can carry that energy into everything else.
So I’d make my bed.
Then I’d take a shower.
Do my skincare.
Throw on a clay mask.
Oil pull.
Floss.
Hit a few dental cosmetic biohacks.
Come out feeling supercharged and refreshed.
And from there—I’m rolling.
Maybe I do the dishes from last night. Boom. Done.
Then bam—some movement.
I hit the foam roller and lay on the floor, rolling around like a decapitated jelly bean.
Then I’m doing some random push-up, hip-thrust movement things—just opening up my body, getting loose, feeling into my physical form.
Because my body is the vehicle for my soul. The more open it is, the more I can radiate, attract, and manifest good vibes.
And let’s be honest—it also helps to have open shoulders and hips.
Great posture is a cheat code for success in today’s world.
Then after all that weird movement and foam rolling—by the way, foam rolling is amazing.
There’s a theory called “young muscle,” and the more your fascia is loose and fluid (through stretching, foam rolling, massage, and beyond), the better you’ll feel… and ultimately, the longer you’ll live.
After that, I’ve been playing around with this next part.
I go outside onto my balcony.
The sun is just starting to peak over the buildings.
I sit there and soak in my morning sunlight—to regulate my circadian rhythm, kickstart dopamine production, balance my hormones, and recharge my cells.
I live next to a construction site, and they start up at 7 a.m., so I like to get out there right before—around 6:45.
I sit on my “meditation pillow” (aka the pillow from my couch), and do a Breathe with Sandy video—a beautiful breathwork session that helps me connect with my spirit, banish stress from my body, and fill my mind and soul with amazing vibes.
At the end of each round, on the last breath hold—right before the inhale—I take a big swig of 95% oxygen straight from the tank.
Found the tank at this weird hippie store in Austin.
That thing lights up my cells, my mitochondria, and my mind.
After some sets of varied breathing, I finish with a couple minutes of meditation—focusing on God, the Universe, and just connecting my self, my vibes, and my spirit with my true purpose. My true home.
I say a prayer, or a thought, or a little saying of gratitude.
And then I’m on with my day.
I get my bag together—my laptop, my book, my notepad, my headphones, some pens.
Then I mix up the perfect energy formula: organic apple juice, creatine, amino acids, and water.Plus nootropics, of course.Today’s stack? 200mg of modafinil.
Rocket ship.
Boosts me straight to the coffee shop, topped off with a shot of espresso.

Disclaimer. I am not a doctor. This is just some random stuff I learned on the internet. Pretend it’s a story. Ok bye.
Love this.
Coincidentally, I just published a post on my morning ritual earlier this month.
