How to weave health and fitness into your real life
Not your fantasy life. Your actual, messy, 5 PM-I’m-so-done-with-today life.
Because there’s nothing worse than coming home from work, changing out of your office clothes, plopping onto the couch, scrolling your phone for a minute—and realizing you still have to go to the gym.
That’s the kind of stuff that kills motivation. You don’t want your 5 PM workout to feel like a chore. You want it to feel like a gift—something you get to do, not have to do.
This blog is about making that shift.
Why I Write
I’m 24. I’m not a guru. I’m not going to tell you to sun your balls or sell you $400 supplements laced with hope and silica.
But I am going to tell you the truth.
Health today is harder than it should be. Overpriced coaching. Fear-mongering podcasts. “Wellness influencers” telling you to live off liver and raw milk. People selling you problems just so they can sell you the fix.
I’ve been caught in that cycle. That’s why I started writing—to share what actually works.
Who I Am
I’m a holistic health coach.
I’m a finance guy working in private equity.
I’m a former techno DJ who used to play warehouse shows for sweaty crowds at 2 AM.
I love yoga, longboarding, cold plunges, and watching movies with my girlfriend.
And I’m trying to live with more energy, more clarity, and more joy—without quitting my job, moving to Costa Rica, or burning out in the name of “balance.”
What You'll Get Here
Every Wednesday and Sunday, I share real stuff:
The most useful things I’ve learned as a health coach
Nutrition experiments, detox protocols, sleep upgrades
Biohacking tools I’ve tested myself
Why so many supplements suck
How to feel good in a world that’s always trying to drain you
And above all: how to bring meaning and fun back into your life
I live in a Dallas apartment next to a construction site. I work under fluorescent lights. I hear planes fly over every morning.
And I’m still thriving.
That’s what this blog is about—Biohacking for Real Life.
