Hey Tara,

That smoothie hack is clutch. I’ve also been into buying Force of Nature’s Ancestral Blend—it already has liver and heart mixed in (you can’t even taste it, thank god). It’s perfect for taco night. You can find it at Whole Foods, but I know Frankie’s Free-Range Meats has some too, along with a bunch of other great options.

Thank you for sharing your experience and knowledge. This is very helpful. As a Health Coach, I couldn’t agree more. There is a lot of commercialization as well as fake claims when it comes to supplements. And unfortunately, they are doing harm, let alone helping.
