That smoothie hack is clutch. I’ve also been into buying Force of Nature’s Ancestral Blend—it already has liver and heart mixed in (you can’t even taste it, thank god). It’s perfect for taco night. You can find it at Whole Foods, but I know Frankie’s Free-Range Meats has some too, along with a bunch of other great options.
Hope you’re doing great! How’s everything going? ❤️ - Jack
Thank you for sharing your experience and knowledge. This is very helpful. As a Health Coach, I couldn’t agree more. There is a lot of commercialization as well as fake claims when it comes to supplements. And unfortunately, they are doing harm, let alone helping.
lOVE YOU
Great article. Thanks 🌿
Thalita, of course! Always got you.
If there’s ever anything you’d like me to cover or look into, just let me know—I’d be more than happy to ♡
Thanks:) Will let you know if anything comes to mind. Have a great day.
I knew I had to eat animal liver to support mine, your body just knows naturally!
Anfisa your intuition is next level! Great job and thanks for the support ❤️
Thanks Jack! I’m curious- how do you eat liver? I’ve heard of people putting it in smoothies. 🤷🏻♀️

Hey man. Great post. Have you used the SuppCo app yet? Ben Greenfield recommended it and I’ve found it super helpful. Did a quick write up on it here: https://healthhabits.substack.com/p/supplements-app
